Ameena is a behavioral health consulting and billing company. Ameena’s mission is to give you the time you need by taking care of claims issues or the entire billing process so that you can focus on your clients and growing your own business.

How it works:

The great part is, you don’t have to move your clients to a new software system! I come to you!  I am familiar with multiple software systems, including, office ally, theranest, therapy appointment, counsol therapy notes, simple practice and more. I’ve found that most practice software systems are similar, so it hasn’t been a problem jumping in to something new.

You pick what you need help with and you can add or remove things that you need along the way.

Lastly, if you are just needing to speak with someone that knows Minnesota mental health services, I am happy to consult with you for a fee per hour.  If you have questions with BCBS, HP, PO, Ucare, MA and more, we can chat!
